Papain is the enzyme found in papaya and may assist in the processing of undigested proteins within the stomach. Add 1 teaspoon to 30mls of water and drink after taking food or use as required. It may also be sprinkled over food, salads or added to smoothies.
The integrity of the enzyme may be affected if it is reheated in anyway.
